Dear Rise and Shine Sports Academy fans

I’m proud to share that our girls are currently engaged in a Grassroots Soccer program focused on SEXUAL and REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION.

This program is running from today until Friday. Through football, we are teaching our girls about the importance of sexual and reproductive health, making healthy choices, and understanding how to take care of their bodies and futures.

We believe in developing our girls both On and Off the pitch. Football is not just about the game — it’s also a powerful tool to educate, empower, and protect our young athletes.

Thank you to and to all our supporters for standing with us as we build strong, healthy, and confident young women.
