Jorge Messi’s fought through his illness both during and after the World Cup. Following the final against Spain, Leo urgently traveled to Rosario to spend time with his father.

Leo didn’t have any possibility to meet with his father for two months… and bis tears after scoring first goal against Algeria were the first indication of the difficult situation his dad was going through, battle becoming more and more complicated.
