Birth of Simmies Netball Club.
Founders Story: Recovery to Success

Our founders story began at 18, navigating the darkest depths of depression. After surviving 2 su***de attempts, she found a renewed sense of purpose by channeling her energy into the sport she loved. What started as a personal recovery mission evolved into the founding of Simmies Netball Club in 2022.

Today she serves as an ambassador for mental health, using the club as a platform to ensure no young person in our community feels they have to face their struggles alone.
