Worked with Tristan on his passing mechanics this week, locking in:
β
Hands finishing towards the target
β
Foot close to the ball
β
Balance after the pass

Single arm work is where you build the fundamentals, foot in close, then push through towards the target.
Get these two small mechanics right and your pass gets tighter and more accurate under pressure.
Your passing technique needs to hold up whether youβre 2m or 7m from your target π―
3-Level Passing Progression:
π Level 1 β 2m: Lock in the technique
π Level 2 β 5m: Add pace, same mechanics
π Level 3 β 7m: Test it under distance
The non-negotiable through all three, foot in close to the ball, push through to target, hands follow the ball all the way.
