What an amazing person Sue is. She has been training swimmers to take on challenges beyond their own beliefs. She has a 100% success rate with her swimmers who have taken on the Robben Island Crossing.

1-on-1 video analysis is a powerful coaching tool because sometimes the biggest problem in your stroke is the one you can't see or feel.
Seeing your stroke from underwater, above, and from the side provides real insights and leads to big leaps in technique.
Once you understand what's happening, improvement becomes far more focused.
Knowledge creates confidence.
Confidence creates progress.
We'll post the link in the comments for more information, but why not start a conversation about your swim technique and training needs with Sue at [email protected]?
