A glimpse into the launch of the Future Founders Challenge, Soap-To-Start Up: Build a Business in a Box.
A day filled with learning, leadership, and inspiration!

The Future Founders Challenge officially kicked off at St David’s Marist Inanda, where our Foundation Manager, Yolisa Singaphi, together with our Founder, Temba Bavuma, introduced Grade 10 learners to a challenge designed to inspire innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking.💛🚀
Through this initiative, learners will transform simple resources into meaningful business ideas, develop practical financial literacy skills, and pitch their concepts with confidence. More than just a competition, this is an opportunity to nurture the next generation of problem-solvers, leaders, and job creators.
We’re incredibly grateful to St David’s Marist Inanda for partnering with us to invest in young minds and empower future founders. We can’t wait to see the incredible ideas these learners bring to life.

Empowered Futures Foundation and the Temba Bavuma Foundation are proud to present the Soap-to-Startup: Build a Business in a Box Challenge.
This Youth Month, Grade 10 learners at St David’s Marist Inanda Alex Campus will embark on a hands-on entrepreneurship journey, transforming an idea into a product, building a brand, setting a price, and pitching a business concept.🧑🏽🏫
More than a challenge, this is an opportunity to inspire young people to think creatively, solve problems, create value, and become future leaders and entrepreneurs.

Together, we are equipping young people with practical skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, innovation, and community impact.
