👶 Dinkies (ages 4 to 7)
Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu from 14:30

🧒 Juniors (7+ years) White to Black Belt
Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu from 15:00

⚡ Kumite & Strength and Conditioning
Saturdays 9 to 10am
