Returning to where it all began.

I am truly honoured to be invited as the Keynote Speaker for the Mental Health Awareness session at University of Limpopo, an institution that shaped the foundation of my journey in psychology.

As a former student athlete at UL, this moment feels even more special. From balancing books and sports on campus to now coming back to share knowledge, experiences, and passion with the students. It is a full-circle moment that I deeply cherishes.
