Run/Walk For Life is South Africa’s leading fitness and weight-loss programme, open to people of all fitness levels. Great Community, great fun, great results!
Come for the exercise, stay for the people. Run/Walk for Life members exercise in supervised groups of similar ability, meaning that you will not find yourself being pushed too hard and battling to keep up with members who are fitter than you – similarly, you will not spend your exercise sessions having to wait for members who are slower than you – you will exercise with a group of members who are

Don't focus so hard on the pb's and the big races that these community meets get lost. MontanaRama is just the best for the one who needs to get off the couch...and then some!
