a playful, dynamic, strength-focused class that blends classical yoga with functional movement to build strength, mobility, resilience and body awareness.
we’ll explore traditional dands (Hindu push-ups), static body shapes, flowing movement, pranayama and meditation to cultivate focus and regulate effort.
this is a physically challenging class, but it’s not about pushing through. you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, and participate in a way that feels right for you.

* this class includes a significant amount of weight-bearing through the hands and wrists (including Downward Dog and dands).
what to bring
* comfy clothing you can move freely in
* layers are recommended, as the practice can be quite warming
* anything that makes you feel comfy, such as socks, a light jersey or a small towel
