Last week, our sessions highlighted one of the standards behind that approach: safe rugby and good contact habits. Players worked on correct technique, body positioning and safe head placement, with coaches actively checking, coaching and correcting throughout the session.

Because confidence in contact shouldn't come from simply “being brave”. It comes from being properly prepared.
