Titans Netball Academy Retain the Knysna Oyster Netball Tournament Title!

History has been made! The Titans Netball Academy First Team has successfully defended its Knysna Oyster Netball Tournament Championship, being crowned Back-to-Back Champions after another outstanding and unbeaten campaign.

The Titans once again proved why they are one of the leading netball clubs in the region, finishing the tournament undefeated for the second consecutive Knysna Oyster Tournament. The team displayed exceptional teamwork, discipline, resilience and an exciting brand of netball throughout the competition.

In the championship match, the Titans defeated Winter Roses 15–05, putting the perfect finish on another dominant tournament and successfully retaining the title.

A special word of appreciation goes to Coach Bradley Le Bron, our Director of Coaching and Head Coach of the Titans First Team. His leadership, commitment and dedication to developing excellence within the academy continue to inspire our players and produce championship-winning performances.

While we celebrate this incredible achievement, it was disappointing that none of our Titans players received any of the individual tournament awards, despite the team’s dominance throughout the competition. We firmly believe several of our athletes delivered performances worthy of individual recognition. Nevertheless, our focus remains on team success, and bringing the championship trophy home is the greatest reward.

Congratulations to every player, coach, volunteer, parent and supporter who contributed to this remarkable achievement. Your hard work, sacrifice and passion have once again placed the Titans Netball Academy at the top.

🥈 TITANS NETBALL ACADEMY JUNIORS CLAIM SILVER AT THE 2026 KNYSNA OYSTER NETBALL TOURNAMENT! 🏐

The Titans Netball Academy Juniors (9–10 Knysna Loeries) produced an outstanding performance at the 2026 Knysna Oyster Netball Tournament, finishing as Silver Medalists after a fantastic weekend of competitive netball.

The team displayed exceptional determination, teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, earning their place in the final and proudly bringing home the silver medals. Their performances reflected the hard work put in by both the players and coaching staff.

The tournament also saw two Titans players receive prestigious individual honours:
🏆 Lucia was named Best Shooter of the Juniors Tournament, recognizing her outstanding accuracy, composure and attacking brilliance.
🏆 Zuki received the Best Defender of the Juniors Tournament award after consistently shutting down opposition attacks with outstanding defensive performances.

These achievements are a testament to the quality of coaching and player development taking place at the Titans Netball Academy, where young athletes continue to grow from grassroots level while competing with the very best.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, parents and supporters on a remarkable campaign. You have made the Titans family and the Knysna community incredibly proud.

🥉 BRONZE FOR THE TITANS MINI JUNIORS! 🏐

What a fantastic achievement for the Titans Netball Academy Mini Juniors, who proudly secured the Bronze Medal at the 2026 Knysna Oyster Netball Tournament!

The young Titans displayed incredible determination, teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, proving that hard work and dedication continue to produce outstanding results. Every player contributed to a memorable campaign, making the academy and the Knysna community proud.

A special congratulations goes to Angel, who was deservedly named Best Mid Court Player of the Tournament. Her outstanding performances, leadership and consistent impact on court made her one of the standout players of the competition.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, parents and supporters for this well-earned success. This bronze medal is another milestone in the Titans Netball Academy journey and a sign of an exciting future ahead.

🏆 TITANS NETBALL ACADEMY READY TO DEFEND THEIR CROWN! 🩷🖤💙

The draw has been completed for the Knysna Oyster Netball Tournament, taking place from 9–11 July 2026, and the defending champions, Titans Netball Academy, will once again be represented by two strong teams – Titans A and Titans B.

Titans A has been drawn in Group B alongside 7 Stars, Winter Roses, and fellow academy side Titans B, setting the stage for some exciting and highly competitive round-robin encounters.

As the reigning tournament champions, the Titans family embraces the challenge of defending the title while continuing to provide opportunities for player development, growth, and excellence. With both teams aiming to secure a place in the semi-finals, supporters can expect quality netball, fierce competition, and the passion that has become synonymous with the Titans badge.

We wish Titans A and Titans B all the best as they proudly represent the Academy and strive to keep the Knysna Oyster Tournament Championship at home.
