After having two National races affected by force majeure events, first the Foot & Mouth outbreak and then the severe weather storms, it’s finally that time again.
Global Elite Racing will be taking on the Schweizer Reneke 300 on 23 May, and we are beyond excited to be back on the start line doing what we love.
KT & Rikus will once again be teaming up in the Can Am, while Martin & Victor Fincham will be joining forces in the Ford for what promises to be an exciting weekend of racing.

And to top it off, we have a new teammate joining the Global Elite Racing family, Neil Du Preez, son of the Century CR6 2025 Regional Championship winner Lood Du Preez, who will be competing in his Can Am with Cameron Becker reading the notes. Welcome to the team!

Now all we’re hoping and praying for is great weather, safe racing, and an unforgettable weekend out in the dirt.

Outeniqua 600 Update scheduled 8-10 May.

Following yesterday’s communication regarding the severe weather warnings, and after further updates received this morning, the event organisers have made the difficult decision to postpone the Century Property Developments / Century Racing Outeniqua 600 due to safety concerns.
This decision comes after extensive consultations with landowners, disaster management authorities, and ongoing weather alerts affecting the region.
The event, originally scheduled for 8–10 May, will now take place at Louvain Guest Farm on 28–29 August. Details regarding the event format will be communicated by the organisers in due course.
While this is disappointing for all involved, the safety of competitors, teams, and support crews remains the top priority.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the SARRC management for the time and effort invested in preparing for this event, and for prioritising the safety of everyone involved.
We’ll be back on the start line on 19 June at the Parys event.
We appreciate all the continued support.

Global Elite Racing is fired up and ready to take on the Century Outeniqua 600 at Louvaine Guest Farm 8-10 May.
New terrain, new challenges, and a route that promises to push both man and machine to the limit. This will be our first time on this iconic and scenic course, and we’re coming in hungry for the challenge.
