Huge congratulations to our incredible client who completed the Comrades Marathon 🏃‍♂️
Known as the world’s largest and oldest ultramarathon, the Comrades Marathon is a true test of endurance, resilience, and mental strength.

Covering approximately 90km between Durban and Pietermaritzburg, this iconic race pushes athletes to their limits, and our clients rose to the challenge with determination and grit.

We are so proud to see how Pilates supports endurance athletes through improved strength, mobility, posture, stability, and recovery along the journey. 💪
