CaniXSA CaniXSA

Canine sports gear engineered for the love of the run! It's all in the details. The right kit matters, and in Canicross it matters a lot.

Every stitch, every buckle, every piece of material choice is made with one thing in mind: creating the safest, most comfortable gear for both dog and runner! CaniXSA specialises in Canicross gear especially engineered for South African breeds and terrains. Canicross is a pull sport, which means standard walking or running gear simply isn’t designed for the forces, movement, and communication involved. Using pull-specific Canicross equipment, fitted correctly to both dog and handler, is essential for safety, comfort, and long-term enjoyment. A well-designed Canicross harness allows your dog to pull naturally without restriction or pressure on the neck or spine. A proper bungee line and running belt protect your body, improve balance, and help you move smoothly together as a team. When the kit is right, everything feels easier. When it’s wrong, it can quite literally make or break your Canicross journey. Our Canicross Kit Shop offers carefully selected, pull-specific equipment that meets Canicross SA standards, with a strong focus on correct fit, durability, and dog welfare. If you’re unsure where to start, get in touch with us. We’re happy to recommend the most suitable equipment tailored to your dog’s size, breed, weight, and pulling consistency, as well as your own needs as a handler. Please also see our guidelines on how to correctly fit a Canicross harness under the Resources page to ensure your setup is safe and comfortable from day one. https://canicross.co.za/shop/

Apparently, hold still for two seconds, was simply too much to ask!

The drama was absolutely necessary!! 🤣💚
