Leopards Origin Story ๐
Find out about the origins of our community, as well as the challenges, gaps, and opportunities that lined up in early 2024 that lead to the creation of Leopards ๐ฑ
What started out as a passion project has grown into a thriving, blossoming community and environment where people can connect, explore, and grow, set against the backdrop of some of the most beautiful floral kingdoms and mountain ranges in the world ๐ธ
Built on values of inclusivity, adventure, fun, movement, and mindfulness, Leopards is a space for people to express themselves freely through shared experiences ๐ซถ
Thank you to everyone that has played such a valuable part in our journey so far, anyone that has ever joined us, and to our community leaders and guides - each one of you make up a fundamental strand of our DNA, and we are incredibly grateful for that ๐
Thank you for giving us the platform to share our story ๐

๐ East Fort & Chapmanโs Peak | Thursday Trail Run - June 4, 17:30 for a 17:45 start ๐
Weโre heading to the historic slopes of Chapmanโs Peak this week for a dose of coastal single-track and some signature Hout Bay/Sentinel views ๐
The forecast is looking prime for a brisk winter mission, mostly cloudy and around 15ยฐC at the start. With a light breeze and low chance of rain, itโs the perfect set-up to get the legs moving without breaking too much of a sweatโ๏ธ๐ก๏ธ
Did you know? ๐ฐ
Weโll be running through a piece of history. East Fort is considered the oldest operating gun battery in the world! Built in 1782, its cannons successfully defended the bay from the British back in 1795. Keep an eye out for the blockhouse ruins and restored cannons as we navigate the contour paths above the drive.
