🍲 Winter Is Soup Season!
It can be a nutrient-dense meal that keeps you satisfied, supports your immune system, and helps meet your family's protein needs.
🥩 Include quality protein
Protein helps keep you fuller for longer and supports muscle maintenance, growth, and recovery.
Choose:
✅ Chicken, beef, venison, mince, or fish
✅ Lentils, beans, chickpeas, split peas or soybeans
✅ Or combine animal and plant proteins
🥕 Make the most of seasonal winter vegetables
Add:
