We are incredibly proud of Sia in Grade 6, who delivered an outstanding performance at the Karate National Tournament in May, earning double silver medals in both kata and kumite.

Her exceptional achievements have been recognised with the awarding of her South African National Colours, and she has been officially selected to represent Team South Africa at the Indo Pacific Cup in Mauritius this September.

Sia's older brother, who is in Grade 8 at Kearsney College, has also been selected to represent South Africa at the tournament, making it an exciting family trip for Sia and her family.

We wish Sia and her brother all the best as they prepare to compete on the international stage. We know they will make South Africa proud! 💙

JKA KZN are excited to host both SA JKA National coaches, in just over a month💯 all elite competitors must do their best not to miss out on these brilliant sessions - Oss!
