What was supposed to be a massive school rugby clash between Menlopark and E.G. Jansen 1st XV ended in chaos, with the match abandoned following a major brawl.

🔥 Rugby is a physical game.
💪 Passion is part of the sport.
❌ But when the fighting takes over, the rugby gets forgotten.

The big question is: Who is responsible when things reach this point?

Players? Coaches? Officials? Parents and supporters?

School rugby should teach young players more than how to win. It should teach discipline, respect, control and sportsmanship.

There will always be rivalry. There will always be emotion. But where do we draw the line?
