A couple small changes have been made to our schedule! Our 7:00am class at Pinetown Presbyterian has been changed to a Pilates class so you can now get your sweat in bright and early 🙂↕️ and you can also book to join me at a new location on Mondays at 5:30pm for those who finish work a little later! Join us at Hatton estate Pre-primary school 😊🌸

Happy New Year everybody! 🌸
I'm sure most people start off the year very similarly, with a few New Year's resolutions, to get fit, eat better, and that's wonderful! But that motivation we start off with tends to fade relatively quickly, for a few different reasons, usually because that motivation to move comes from a place of negativity, wanting to change our bodies and our appearance because we feel we should look a certain way. I'd like to invite you to shift that way of thinking to rather wanting to move because you LOVE your body, because your body deserves kindness and it deserves movement that makes you feel good. This is my main goal when you join me on the mat, to help you connect with yourself in a way that feels like coming home, that makes you feel strong and that keeps you motivated and excited to move.
I have added a monthly Beginners Pilates workshop to the schedule starting this Monday, in Pinetown that will be perfect to teach you the basics and get you moving in a way that is challenging but accessible. Pop me a message if you have any questions 🌸

It is mind blowing that another year is about to come to an end 🫢 It has been a year full of change and growth and I truly cannot wait to see what 2026 has in store! I just want to take a moment to thank you for your support, whether you were a regular student in my classes or just popped in once or twice, or if you even just liked or shared one of my posts, I appreciate every little bit of support that with Chelsey received this year and I hope you all have a restful festive season and new year 🌸 Watch this space for updates on classes and we will see you back on the mat on 5th Jan 2026 💖

Can you believe it's already December? I know I can't! The end of year rush has begun as we all prepare to spend time with family and friends and as much as we look forward to it and it can also be stressful 🫢
So why not take this opportunity to pop-in for a Mat Pilates class with me and experience the calming effects of a mind-body exercise? Pilates not only makes you feel strong, but it also gets those happy hormones flowing leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. 🌸
