Quick tip of the day 💡
If your meal isn’t keeping you satisfied, take a look at the fibre on your plate.
Fibre adds volume, slows digestion and can help you feel fuller for longer and sometimes it’s as simple as adding a little more to what you’re already eating.
🥦 Add more veggies
🫘 Throw in some beans or lentils
🥑 Add avocado
🌱 Sprinkle in chia or flax
🍓 Add a serving of fruit
You don’t always need a bigger meal. Sometimes you just need to build a more satisfying one.
Save this for your next meal. 🤍

IN THE HOT SEAT 🔥 | EPISODE 02
You’re exercising. You’re showing up. You’re putting in the work.
So why aren’t you losing body fat?
Exercise is important, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle.
Your nutrition matters.
How you train matters.
How much you move outside your workouts matters.
Your sleep matters.
And above all, consistency matters.
You can’t out-train an overall lifestyle that isn’t aligned with your goal.
And sometimes the answer isn’t more exercise. It’s looking at the bigger picture and figuring out where you’re actually getting stuck.
Train. Eat for your goal. Move. Sleep. Repeat.

💪 MUSCLE MONDAY
10 Reasons We Love Muscle
Reason 3: Muscle helps protect your bones. 🦴
We talk a LOT about building muscle for strength, fat loss and how our bodies look.
But what about our bones?
Resistance training puts mechanical stress on our bones, encouraging them to adapt and helping us maintain bone strength and bone mineral density.
And for women, this becomes increasingly important as we get older — particularly around and after menopause, when declining estrogen can accelerate bone loss.
So when you’re squatting, lunging, deadlifting, pushing and pulling, you’re not just training for the body you want today.
You’re investing in the body you’ll need at 50, 60, 70 and beyond.
Strong isn’t just about what you can see in the mirror.
Build muscle. Build strength. Protect your future. 💪
Reason 3 of why we love muscle.

Apparently, all of this is kinda chic. 🤭
Who knew.

A little bit of life lately.
Good food, eating out, moving my body, remembering to stretch… and the random things that make everyday life better 😂
No lesson. No motivational speech. Just a little photo dump from my camera roll.
Life outside the perfectly curated feed.
MUSCLE MONDAY
10 Reasons We Love Muscle
Reason #2: Muscle helps protect your metabolism during fat loss.
Losing weight is not the same thing as losing fat.
When you’re in a calorie deficit, especially an aggressive one, some of the weight you lose can come from lean tissue including muscle.
And muscle is something we want to protect.
Resistance training, adequate protein and a sensible calorie deficit can all help you retain as much muscle as possible while losing fat.
Because the goal was never simply to weigh less.
Lose fat. Protect muscle. Get stronger.
And remember muscle takes time to build, so let’s stop treating it as something we’re willing to sacrifice just to see the scale move faster.
Reason #2 of why we love muscle. 💪
See you next Monday for Reason #3.

MUSCLE MONDAY
10 Reasons We Love Muscle
Reason #1: It improves insulin sensitivity.
When most people think about muscle, they think about looking “toned.”
I think about health.
Your muscles are one of the biggest places your body stores and uses glucose. The more muscle you have, the better your body can respond to insulin and regulate blood sugar.
That’s why strength training isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s one of the best things you can do for your long-term metabolic health.
This is the first post in my new Muscle Monday series. Every Monday, I’ll share one science-backed reason why building and protecting muscle matters for every woman.
💬 Which reason are you most excited to learn about next?
’sHealth
Have you ever downloaded a fitness app, opened it, seen hundreds of workouts... and had absolutely no idea where to start?
More workouts don’t automatically mean better results.
In fact, for most women trying to lose fat, they often create more confusion than progress.
That’s why my Lose It programme includes just seven core workouts.
Each one has a purpose.
Each one builds on the last.
Instead of constantly chasing something new, you’ll learn to:
• Build strength.
• Improve your technique.
• Progress with confidence.
• Create consistency that lasts.
Because fat loss isn’t about finding the “perfect” workout.
It’s about following a structured plan long enough for it to work.
The women who see the best results aren’t the ones doing something different every day.
They’re the ones who keep showing up, trust the process, and master the basics.
That’s exactly what I designed the Khadija K App to help you do.
Ready to stop starting over and finally follow a plan that makes sense?
Download the **Khadija K App** from the App Store or Google Play, visit **KhadijaK.com**, or tap the link in my bio to get started.

Why I Don’t Give Everyone the Same Advice
The advice I give isn’t different because I’m inconsistent. It’s different because your goal is different.
Someone who wants to be healthy doesn’t need to live like a bodybuilder.
Someone who wants a highly athletic physique can’t expect the results of someone training three times a week.
The problem isn’t that one person is right and another is wrong.
The problem is expecting the same plan to produce completely different outcomes.
Before asking “How often should I train?” ask yourself:🔥 What result am I actually trying to achieve?
Once you’re honest about that, the right training plan becomes much clearer.
