Since taking charge of the Under-16 and Under-18 teams, Coach Mcetywa has built a culture of discipline, hard work, and belief. His dedication to developing young talent has not only produced outstanding performances on the pitch but has also helped shape responsible young athletes off the field.

His first year has already been highlighted by two prestigious tournament victories with the Under-16 team:
