Some people meditate. I dig holes in the dirt and call it therapy. 🌿✨ Today's self-care isn't a bubble bath — it's soil under my nails, roots in my hands, and a little green friend finding its new home. Turns out the best kind of grounding is literal. Let's get our hands dirty.

A simple course for stronger lives.
Life brings pressure, money worries, family challenges and difficult seasons. This course helps people understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen relationships and find a sense of purpose.
Ideal for churches, mosques and community organisations who want to give their people practical tools for everyday life.
Bring a group. Grow together.
A milestone for me.
I’ve spent a long time developing, testing and refining my coaching model. I’ve now brought it together into a practical guidebook that is usable with real clients.
It’s no longer just a collection of ideas I’ve been working on. It’s something I can actually use in my coaching practice.
That feels good.
If it’s not good enough for us, it should not be good enough for them.
We have agency. If we care about inequality, we need to use our voices, our votes and our access to demand better.
Lobby your councillor. Ask questions. Show up. Stand in solidarity.
Low Income people deserve decent homes, pavements, parks, trees and dignity too. 🏠🌳✊🏽
If we wouldn’t accept it for ourselves, why should we accept it for them?
Look Down to Move Forward. 👇
We’re so often taught to look up — at the people who are further ahead, more successful, more confident — and then wonder why we feel like we’re falling short. 😕
Try reframing the comparison. 🔄
Look down instead. Not to feel superior, but to notice where you do have agency. 💪
What has changed? What have you learned? What can you influence now that you couldn’t before? 🌱
Sometimes the shift we need isn’t becoming more. It’s seeing how far we’ve already come — and where we can move next. 🚶♂️
I've learned something over the years.
A good system isn't one that impresses other people.
It's one that quietly helps you do what matters.
Whether it's my workspace, my filing system, or the way I organise my day, I've stopped trying to make my systems look "right."
I want them to work for me.
What is one system in your life that needs simplifying?
