We are a ladies basketball club in Cape Town playing in the Western Cape Basketball League. Most of us are working ladies who love basketball and want to continue pursuing our passion. Our philosophy is that since we are older we should all know the fundamentals and thus can keep training focused on how we interact and play as a team.
