Our U14 Blue team snatched up the Bronze medal against NWG with a convincing win 159-41

Tayrice Machelm with an outstanding POTM contribution of +60! Wow 👏🏻

The U14 Red team had their plate game against GE. Lohann Theron received POTM with +26.

U16 Blue had a Bronze medal match against SG, the youngsters claimed bragging rights 67-47 with Hanru Visser taking POTM +31.

And lastly, our U16 Challengers had their plate game against KZN. Well done to PJ Lombard who finished top of the log for WP with a +12 game.

Amazing week of cricket played, with our teams showing so much talent, heart and determination. We look forward to watching them grow and come back fighting next year.

Troy Cramer has taken 12/41 in his 6 games.

U14 Blue
Tayrice Machlem has scored 127 in 8 games.
Jean Stemmet has taken 18/38 in 7 games.

U14 Red
Lohann Theron has scored 130 and taken 22/14 in his 9 games.

U16 Blue
Heimer Wegener has scored 122 from his 7 games.
Lian Sauerman, Jovian Gordon and Max Louw have all picked up 14 wickets from 7 games.

U16 Challengers
Muhammad Fuad Schroeder has scored 152 from 9 games.
PJ Lombard has taken 18/80 in his 9 games.

Day 2 results:

U13s
Our youngest players are showing so much heart and we are proud! Juan Nel +29 POTM against GE and Sulaiman Schroeder had a +6 game against KZN.

U14s
Our boys in Blue had 3 games, winning the 1st and 3rd game. The 2nd game was a loss by 1 against KZN. The coach had this to say: Game 2
Great fight by the boys against a very strong bowling attack.
Tayrice took a brilliant diving to his right low flying catch at backstop😵‍💫😵‍💫

The Red team also had 3 games with a comfortable win over SG and NWG. In both games Lohann picked up POTM +36 and + 37 respectively. Daniel Pillay had a +12 game against KZN.

Lastly our young men, the U16s. The Challengers had 1 game against NG Titans with PJ Lombard getting +16.

The Blues had their 1st game against KZN, well done Lian Sauerman POTM +26. In the game against NG Bulls. We had 3 players all with a +18 game. Incredible 👏🏻

The Juniors IPT has started today at Vaal arena and our teams are showing some real talent!

U13
Juan Nel grabbed POTM +29 despite the narrow loss against GE.
At 1pm they took on KZN. Sulaiman and Cruz scoring 12 runs and Albert picking up 3/5

U14s
It was Blue vs Red in the opening encounter and cricket definitely won 🏆 Jean Stemmet received POTM +16 and Junaid Touffie had a contribution of +11
The Blues had a second game against SG, with Jean Stemmet again getting POTM with +50!! Raise your bat young man.

U16s
It was a good 1st game between the WP Blues and the WP Challengers. Jovian with POTM +38 and Yaseen Salie 3/9
The Challengers bounced back nicely against WG with Bruce Jonker getting POTM +16.
The Blues had a heartbreaking 1 run defeat against SG. Caiden Buys who is playing in his first IPT received POTM +19 for that game.
