What a fantastic weekend we had at Karate-Zen International's 35th Anniversary Competition that took place in Bellville.
The kids made us all so proud.

Our Sensei Elvira
SOUTH AFRICAN CHAMPION IN LADIES KATA.
Sensei won Gold at the South African National held on Friday 17 March 2017 at The Bellville Veledrome.

It is a pleasure and honour for us to be led by such an awesome leader who knows and continously teaches us that sacrifices and hard work most certainly pays off.

Well Done Sensei.
