Both our CPUT Senior Men’s and Ladies teams are through to the Round of 32 of the Coca-Cola Amateur Cup!

Our Senior Men’s team secured their place after a convincing 2–0 victory over Trinitarians AFC in the Round of 64.

Meanwhile, our Ladies team delivered an impressive performance, defeating Wynberg St Johns Ladies 3–0 to book their spot in the next round.

Now, both teams turn their focus to the Round of 32, taking place this Sunday!

And just like that, our 2026 Varsity Football journey came to an end.

It was a tournament that challenged our CPUT Women, tested our character and gave us valuable lessons along the way. We fought through every game, faced difficult moments, and continued to push until the final whistle.

The results were not always what we had hoped for, but every match gave us an opportunity to learn, grow and improve. From the opening game to the final whistle, the team showed commitment, resilience and togetherness.

We walked away without the results we wanted, but with experience that will make us stronger. Every setback became a lesson, every challenge became an opportunity, and every moment added to the journey of this team.

A massive thank you to our players, coaches, technical team, support staff, CPUT and everyone who stood behind our Women throughout the tournament. 💙

The 2026 chapter is closed. The lessons remain. The journey continues.
