The Camp Sheppard Advisory Committee is partnering with Roane County 4-H to sell chances on a Processed Quarter of a Beef for $10 each ticket. There are 4 Chances to win. Drawing will be held in Mid-November or when 1000 tickets are sold! Proceeds will go to Camp Sheppard Advisory Committee to make need upgrades to Camp Sheppard facilities. Processing and Pick up of the Beef will be handled by Farm to Fork Meat Processing LLC. See at Camp Sheppard Advisory Board Member or call 304-927-0975 to get your ticket today!

A cool little story behind the last couple photos 🦅

This baby American Kestrel hawk was found sitting in the rain on the sidewalk outside the dining hall. She was taken to Three Rivers Aviation center to be cared for and examined, and was later released back here at Camp Sheppard!

Now she likes to hang around the dining hall and stop by for visits every now and then. We love seeing our little feathered friend back where she belongs!

Excitement ascended on Roane County 4-H Camp early today, as we had our Annual Cloverbud Day, fun activities, camp classes, Meal line up and mediations today followed with a lot of Taco Tuesday/ Cinco De Mayo energy throughout the day!
