Perhaps we'll get some sunshine again tomorrow.

We're here 1 to 7pm Friday, then 10am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Here are the goodies that have been left behind so far this summer. If you see anything familiar, pop on by and grab it!

Also - a kayak paddle was found today floating in the lake. If anyone on Haines Lake lost a paddle - send me a message to arrange getting it back to you.

Looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening? Join us for a guided paddle at the Digby Outdoor Recreation Centre!

Whether you're brand new to paddling or have experience on the water, everyone is welcome. We'll provide the equipment, you just bring your sense of adventure!

You're always welcome to bring Fido, Spot, and Lucky to the lake, but we do have a couple of requests.

- Please ensure your dog is friendly with people and other puppers. We can't risk aggressive situations.

- Please keep them on a leash

- Please clean up after them! P**p bags are provided in our adorable new P.O.O. Box dispenser at the rental shed.

Mini and B successfully set it up with minimal sogginess endured.

Then Mini gave it a try.

Now it's your turn! The water is perfectly calm right now. Come on out for a paddle and let the kiddos try out the new pad. We're here til 7! Saturday and Sunday we're open from 10am to 7pm.

Whether you've always wanted to try kayaking or paddle boarding, this is the perfect place to start!

Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly Launch & Learn session at the Digby Outdoor Recreation Centre. We'll teach you the basics, provide all the equipment, and help you build the confidence to enjoy one of Nova Scotia's best summer activities.

It's Family Day at the lake! Come join us today from 1-6pm for some fun in the sun.

In addition to our regualr activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, the ropes course, tennis, and water games, we've got a bunch of fun new games for you!

Come try your hand at axe throwing! Play a round of disc golf, try some pickleball, make some art, or just have a snooze in the hammock.

Don't forget - we're grilling up hot dogs at 4pm! 🌭
(If you're lucky, we may even serve some that taste better than in this picture 🤪).

Bring bug spray, sunscreen, lots of water to drink and a sense of adventure!
