After a fantastic weekend we are ready to do it all again..

So this Sat 29th at 7pm we have making his first appearance the very talented Ryan Lamie and if that’s not enough for you then Sunday 30th 3pm-6pm CRed will be with us to see out the weekend!

Coo's in the Roond are of to The Thistle Bar this Sunday providing the entertainment alongside the fantastic C-Red as part of Ron Smith's Charity Day for Cancer Support in memory of Alan Tait.
We'll be kicking off the shenanigans from 3-6pm with C-Red seeing out the rest of evening from 7-10pm.

After a busy June/July schedule, Coo's in the Roond are back at it with a couple of dates coming up.
We'll be making our Forfar debut with a cheeky Sunday afternoon set at The Thistle Bar on 23rd Aug from 3-6pm. Then we're off to The Lochside Bar on Sat 29th Aug to see out the month, playing from 7-11pm.
Massive thank you to everyone for their continued support. Hope to see you there to join in the shenanigans.

🍻 We're Hiring | Experienced Bar Staff 🍻

The Thistle Bar, Forfar is looking for experienced bar staff (18+) to join our friendly, hardworking team.

Hours:
• Minimum 12-16 hours per week
• Mainly evenings and weekends
• Additional shifts may be available to cover holidays and busy periods

We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced working behind a busy bar
✔️ Reliable and punctual, with an excellent attendance record
✔️ Friendly with a positive, can-do attitude
✔️ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
✔️ Able to work well as part of a small team and remain calm under pressure

As a licensed premises, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere while promoting responsible alcohol service. We're looking for someone who shares those values and enjoys providing a great experience for every customer.
