Our patriarchal system has us believing that more work = more money. It’s the biggest load of BS… but you know what? I believed it FOR YEARS. I can remember for all the times I was burnt out climbing up a yoga studio’s entrance stairs to teach a class or three - only to be met with little monetary return. I’ve also been thrilled with a full schedule of coaching clients but found myself burnt out in my parenting or even in my relationship.

But what exactly did I do to make the changes I’m seeing today? Cause nowadays, for me, time DOES NOT equal money!

I changed my business model! The right business model will pay for your time BUT ALSO for your time off (passive income yes please!). I’ll go so far as to say the right business model will let you work on your own time - even if it’s pockets of time throughout the day. Even if it’s at a beach, like I am here in this pic!
