To help reduce class clashes for riders competing in both AGH and the Stockmans Challenges, the AGH Herd Work will now run BEFORE the Rookie Spec Herd Work.

Please take note of this change when planning your day. Also note that the cattle events take priority over dry work if you have clashes with run timing.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve added two training classes to the AGH2026 program, giving competitors an extra opportunity to get their horses into the arena, settle in and prepare before competition.
These classes are all about building confidence, getting a feel for the arena and giving both horse and rider some valuable preparation time ahead of their competition runs.

🔹 First up 𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 – 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞
Pattern 11 – Lope Toward
A great opportunity to put your horse through a full rein work pattern in the competition arena, regardless of how you normally show your horse.

🔹 First Up 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 – 𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘
1 Cow • 5 Minutes
Five valuable minutes with a cow to tune up, build confidence and prepare for your fence work later in the program.
