SPFE Dive Team New Dive Team in the area

Hey everyone I am reaching out to invite everyone to join and inform what is going on with the dive team.

Due to funding we can not proceed with the dive team in our county however we have been asked to join forces with Clinton County’s new dive team they have the funding for equipment and training they also will be covering shiawassee county so the more people we have here the better our county would be covered as well.

Please reach out to me if you are still interested In being a part of the dive team if we get enough people I’m sure we would be a division of Clinton County

Hey everyone sorry it’s been a while I have been working on a few things for the dive team we need to start our meetings up again to get things up and moving we are still waiting on funding (going good) but we need to discuss our goals I was also informed that there was a drowning just south of us a week ago and I was told they were going to reach out to us for a couple more divers when they found the victim so please reach out to me if you are still interested in being a member of the dive team thank you all

Ok my firefighter brothers and sisters we are looking for help with events and help supporting my Mr Owosso campaign if anyone would like to help us raise money for the shiawassee firefighters memorial please reach out to me we we have a bunch of fun things in the works.

We will not be having a dive team meeting this month unless you all want to meet please let me know however the meeting I have had went well if you have not received a email form teri please reach out to me asap we will also be starting the interviews next month and no we have not forgotten them or anyone just been extremely busy and also fightimg sicknrss guys that have the classroom plears start it or if you have started let me know how far along you are thank you see you akk next month

Exciting news!!! after our meeting last night we discussed multiple things hurdles challenges next steps this morning. I have received a phone call from representative Brian he will be meeting with me on January 25 to go over possible funding so fingers crossed. It’s another positive partnership for us

New years kick off!!! Our first meeting of 2024 will be held on Wednesday January 17th at 18:30 destination tbd (Vernon station1, Corunna station 2 or the EOC) we are hoping to have all interviews completed and job assignments completed by this meeting to determine who needs what and how we are going to accomplish our goals! I would like to thank everyone who has been attending the meetings and I promise they will get better and will have more going on soon and our training schedule will be out as soon as we get the first people through the class and things up and going please bear with John and I as well as the other officers we will all have things to do soon!!!
For those of you working on a logo design I need a final draft to me before the meeting so we can vote on what logo we like! so print it off save the file on a flash drive and bring it to me
And remember the Winner goes on everything lol (boat. Trailer, shirt front cups sticker and gear you get the picture lol)

Ok everyone that is on the dive team or wants to be a part of the dive team we will be meeting at Cournna station 2 Tuesday December 5th @1830 please reach out to anyone interested and have them there this meeting is a mandatory meeting I have lost my updated roster sheet on my computer so I do not have everyone’s email that will be fixed and updated on Tuesday I have heard we have more people wanting to join the team some fire and some Ems again if you know these people please relay this if you have any questions reach out to me thank you all and see you Tuesday
