Hi everyone. Well it’s been awhile since I’ve been on. With everything happening I just have not been training and that’s a shame. Well some new motivation just came up. I have been given a registration to the Alpha Win Triathlon in Lake Coahuila this October! Time to clean up the gear and get back out there!
