Lafitte Prep Boys National Circuit Team tryouts are coming to East Lansing.

We’re looking for serious student-athletes who are ready to develop their game, compete at a high level and work toward college opportunities.

Saturday, October 3
Court One Training Center
East Lansing, Michigan

5th–6th Grade: 1:15–3:00 PM
7th–8th Grade: 3:15–5:00 PM

High school roster openings are also available for athletes seeking elite competition and college exposure.

Tryout evaluations are FREE. Roster spots are limited.

🏴‍☠️ OUR U17 PIRATES ARE STILL DANCING! 🏀

What an incredible start to the NXTPRO Finals!

Our Lafitte Prep U17 team has won its first two games and continues to advance through the March Madness-style bracket. Every possession, every hustle play, and every moment reflects the hard work these young men have put in all year.

Game 2 gave us some unforgettable highlights—from big-time finishes to outstanding defensive plays—and we couldn't be prouder of this group.

What an incredible start to the **NXTPRO Finals!**

Our **Lafitte Prep U17** team has won its first **two games** and continues to advance through the March Madness-style bracket. Every possession, every hustle play, and every moment reflects the hard work these young men have put in all year.

Game 2 gave us some unforgettable highlights—from big-time finishes to outstanding defensive plays—and we couldn't be prouder of this group.

U17 Pirates win game 1!!

🏀 Bracket Play is HERE. Survive and Advance.🏀

Today marks the start of the **NXTPRO Finals Championship Bracket** in Orlando, Florida—where every possession matters and every game is a win-or-go-home battle.

Two of our teams have already competed, leaving everything on the floor. While the results didn't go our way, their fight isn't over as they'll continue competing in the consolation bracket, gaining valuable experience against some of the nation's best talent.

Now it's time for our three remaining Lafitte Prep squads to take the court.

This is more than just a tournament. It's a March Madness-style experience, teaching our student-athletes how to compete under pressure, overcome adversity, and represent our program on one of the biggest stages of the summer.

No matter the outcome, we're incredibly proud of the heart, discipline, and work these young men have shown to earn this opportunity.

🏴‍☠️ PIRATE CHECK-IN: Richmond, VA 🏀

The LPA Pirates made the trip to NXTPRO Session 11 and left with a 3-1 weekend.

Different city. Same mission.

🏀 Compete.
🏀 Grow.
🏀 Represent.

Our guys battled every possession, embraced the challenge, and continued proving what this program is all about. The record speaks for itself, but what we're most proud of is the way these young men continue to play for each other and represent the Pirate family.

Championship Habits Are Built in Moments Like This.

The 🏴‍☠️ Pirates fought until the final buzzer today in Richmond, falling to Nova Bulls Elite 70-69 during NXTPRO Session 11.

Every game at this level prepares our players for the next challenge. We're proud to represent Lafitte Prep Academy against elite competition.
