How to unlock the benefits of the practice? Simply putting your body into a certain shape won’t do the trick. Understanding the reason behind the action/instruction, what benefit we are looking for and how to apply the instruction to your own unique body gives outstanding results on physical and mental level.
My posture clinics and workshops focus on enhancing your understanding of body biomechanics and step-by-step approach to every posture. If you understand the WHY behind the instruction, you are more likely to apply it to your body, even if for one reason or another finding that muscular action is not possible in your body YET. With consistent practice and mindful approach, yoga makes impossible possible.
Join me for Hot 26 posture clinic on February 21 and 22 at . There will be 2 sessions:
On Saturday Feb 21 from 4 pm to 6:30 pm we will cover standing postures;
On Sunday from 11:30 am to 2 pm - floor postures.

Your grip strength matters! Not only for daily tasks (opening a jar), sports performance (holding a tennis racket), but also as an indicator of overall health and longevity. Nice, tight, webbing-to-webbing grip practiced in Hot 26 class builds strength in the hands, fingers, wrists and supports the alignment of the spine and shoulders.
