Thankyou for making the time to travel, teach and coach here in Samoa. You have left us motivated and inspired. We look forward to working together more in the future.

Special thankyou to our Secretary General and Development Manager for OGU, Aaron Alsop and of course Oceania Gymnastics Union for making this happen for us. It was a huge success and we are grateful for this investment into our coaches and community.

And move we did! What a way to finish an amazing week with Coach Cayden.

We had such a great time showcasing gymnastics for the first time at the Olympic Day activities. Its the best feeling, seeing the kids having fun vaulting, jumping, flipping, embracing our sport, and just being unafraid to try. We identified some potential gymnasts and we cant wait to roll out our programs in the schools.

A big faafetai tele to Samoa Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee for the invitation to be a part of this year's Olympic Day celebrations. Malo lava. It was a great day!

St Peter Chanel Primary School concluded our school visits with Coach Caedyn and were very lucky to have our coaches from American Samoa join us on this visit.

Always an amazing feeling when we leave with kids wanting more and teachers asking us to come back

CHANGE OF VENUE!!

Hi everyone. Just a slight change. New venue for the course will be upstairs at JP Fitness VAIMEA.

Our amazing club Crossfit FatuToa is undergoing some renovations and although the floor space is not affected, we feel the noise will be too disruptive for learning. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience due to this change and we hope this reaches all who are interested to attend tomorrow in time

Gymnastics Samoa has opened registrations for the upcoming Coach Course being held in Apia, Samoa. The course is free for the first 15 people!

Course will be presented by International coach Caedyn Hardy.

Come & learn fundamental movement skills that are the foundation to every sport.

Date: Friday 26th June, 2026
Time: 830am registration, 9am to 3pm. Lunch break 1230 to 130pm
Location: Crossfit FatuToa
Cost: FREE with lunch provided
What to bring: sports clothes, waterbottle, towel, notepad and pen

Suitable for ages 18yrs and above.

Must complete the full day, attend and participate in all sessions to earn a certificate.

What a session today!!

Parkour, Coach Caedyn's bread and butter. We are so lucky to have him in country to develop our local coaches and for our kids to learn directly from a parkour expert. We learnt so many new skills and the wonderful space at JP Fitness was just perfect for it.
Finished off spotting some Webster flips. The kids got a kick outta that 🤸‍♂️

Day 2 at Samoa Primary!!

The great thing about gymnastics is you can do it anywhere. We had year 3 and year 7 today and we had a ripper of a day. A child's laughter is the most amazing sound ever and we were blessed with so many today.

Day 1 finished with a bang. Thankyou Ben and our club Kalikā Dojo Daishin Samoa for hosting our first community session. Great to see some new faces.

Grateful to Coach Caedyn we can now level up some of our skills we've learnt the last 2 terms 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️
