These friends picked a Yamaha NVX v2 for sporty power and a Yamaha Janus 125 for nimble city cruising. But there was one non-negotiable rule for both bikes: they HAD to be black! 🖤 Seeing these two sleek, stealthy machines lined up next to each other looked ridiculously cool.

Together with Sean we hit the D**g Nai trails during a season of heavy rain. It's been a while we hadn't tackled these trails and after some good climate effect, it was as overgrown as it was fun.

We remapped our 1 day offroad route from and to Saigon, with mud, sand (sometimes deep), gravel and lots of overgrown plantations without being able to see the ground! This can now be done on the WR 155 on top of the CRF 150. Gotta say, the WR is a prett good bike for these trails and fun as hell! 😁🔥

Both bikes include damage waiver in the rental, so don't worry about falling. Come over regardless of your level and we'll take good care of you and promise you'll get some good skills on this route.

When he first proposed this idea to us, we were honestly quite surprised. 🙂

Our first response was, of course, 𝐧𝐨.
But after discussing it further, he offered to place a 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐤𝐞, which made the arrangement much more reasonable for us.

He also 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐝 that from the moment he picked up the bike, 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 that might occur along the way — and he completely agreed to the conditions.

Based on our own experience with a few border runs, we also 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭, 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲. He really appreciated the advice. 🙏

And the best part? He came back with a big smile! 😄

Not only did he successfully complete his visa run, but he also got to explore more of beautiful Cambodia — riding his Honda PCX all the way there and back.
