It’s the start of the CrossFit Open season.

The Open reveals your true capacity
your strength, your engine, your ability to perform under fatigue.
And sometimes what it shows isn’t comfortable.
A lift that feels heavier.
A pace that fades sooner.
A body that doesn’t tolerate what it used to.
Good.
That’s not failure.
That’s direction.
Because the goal isn’t to protect your body from stress.
The goal is to build a body that can handle it.
Strong athletes don’t hide from results.
