This is what it's like. You come up the driveway, past the pond, and in through the door where we are always happy to see you.
So many of us are carrying something heavy right now. You can set it down here, even if it's just for an hour.
The Peacock has always been for everyone. That's the whole point of it.

Friday evening, come lie down and let sound do the work. Crystal bowls, healing frequencies you feel in your chest, an hour where you don’t have to hold anything up. Your body remembers how to rest. This is stillness, right here at the farm in Yardley.

It's all about believing that what you plant will grow.

That the vision in your head can become reality. Hard work, dirty hands and a tired body at the end of the day.
Then one morning you walk out and you can't see the dirt anymore.
Come see it. It's right outside the studio door.

Some places just make you happy. 😊
This is one of them.
That’s Leslie šŸ’œ moving through a morning here.
Come practice with us.

A little walk around the farm this evening.
The chickens were out under the trees in that last warm light. The swans made their slow loop around the pond. Two deer stopped at the edge of the field and stood there a while, nuzzling each other.
The garden is overflowing. We wrapped just-picked bouquets with the dirt still on our hands. And the studio sat quiet under its painted clouds, swept and ready for whoever walks in next.
Some evenings out here I just stop and look around. This place still fills me right up.
Welcome home, friends.

Cacao first, to soften you and open the heart. Then Alex guides the room through breath and into a gentle, deeply relaxed state, the kind where memories and impressions rise on their own. Some people meet a past life. Some just meet a quieter version of themselves. There's cacao, soft light, and space to journal afterward while it settles.
June 24, 6 to 9pm, here at the studio with Alexandrea Lettieri.
You don't have to believe in any of it. You just have to come sit in the stillness with us and see what surfaces.

Twenty-two years on this little farm in Yardley, and it still takes my breath away some mornings. The pond, the swan, the light coming through the windows while everyone settles onto their mats. This is the place. Gentle yoga, restorative, sound healing, and a whole lot of quiet. Come find us. Class schedule and everything else is at prancingpeacock.com

People ask what makes this place different. Honestly? It's this.
The swans gliding around like they own the pond (they do). The bees in the gardens. The goats and chickens causing their usual trouble. Everything blooming and growing all at once out here. My grandson in the hoop house and playing his cello, just because. The sound drifting out over all of it. I had to stop and film it.
This is what I mean when I call the Peacock a home away from home. You don't just come take a yoga class here. You step into all of it, the land, the animals, the music in unexpected corners, the whole living, breathing farm. It comes into the room with you.
Twenty-two years in, and these little moments still stop me in my tracks.
Come see us sometime.

Some nights, everything lines up.
The breeze came in warm and settled over everyone on their mats. The moon was so bright it guided the whole practice, and halfway through, the Big Dipper showed up like it had been invited. Dan led us down into stillness with the bowls, and Vince surprised us by joining in, the crystal singing carrying us all deeper.
Nobody wanted to leave their mats.
Afterward there was the fire, and s’mores, and people wandering the gardens in the dark just to take it in. The new cedar door with its little bird knocker. The smell of the herbs when you brush past them. The awe on everyone’s faces.
It wasn’t a class. It was a gathering.
Grateful for this place, and for every soul who came home to it.

Our first outdoor practice of the season, under a Sagittarius full moon.
We'll start with smudging on arrival, then yoga and sound shavasana on the grass. After, a fire, s'mores, and a candlelit walk through the garden. The goats might wake up. Come home.
