SUNDAY starts the 2026 Paddle & Restore Season! Join a great group of people out on the water to paddleboard to a cove, do some yoga stretching, and participate in a guided meditation on the water. Sundays only in June and September 4-5:30pm and alternating Mondays July-August 6:30-8pm at various locations on Alum Creek and Hoover. Text me at 614.425.7128 and I will send you the schedule!
