Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition We envision a Commonwealth of authentic inclusion where racism and sexism no longer dictates the outcomes of women of color and our communities.

Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition is dedicated to eradicating the racial inequities among women of color created by structural, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized racism. We will address racial inequities through authentic inclusion in the areas of politics, education, economic empowerment, criminal justice and health and wellness. Our success will maximize the benefits and contributions for all aggrieved communities of color and the Commonwealth as a whole.

Dr. Lucy Lomas is joining Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition for Holistic Healing & Wellness.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Lucy Lomas as a Luncheon Guest Speaker at MAWOCC’s 2026 Statewide Day of Holistic Healing & Wellness.

The topic of discussion, Holistic Healing and Wellness Strategy, will explore practical approaches to emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, understanding menopause and its symptoms, and treatment options including traditional medicine, alternative therapies, and hormonal care.

Dr. Lomas is a board-certified OB-GYN physician with more than 17 years of clinical experience and a longtime advocate for women’s health and wellness. Her work spans hormones, menopause, preventive care, health equity, and whole-person well-being.

The conversation brought together leaders across procurement, supplier diversity, and small business to share insight on navigating opportunities, building relationships, and creating pathways to contracts.

This 12-week hybrid experience is designed for Women of Color professionals ready to deepen their leadership, strengthen their networks, and connect with an intergenerational community committed to personal and collective growth.
