What a weekend for 7CT Motorsports! in the small Block we fell back to 20th at one point but fought all the way back into the Top 10, finishing 7th out of 35 cars entered. A great comeback and a strong way to finish.

The Big Block had a solid showing as well, qualifying 4th in the heat and making the redraw. After pulling the pin for the start of the feature, we fell pretty far back, but Donny went to work and drove the car right back into the Top 10. We were running 8th when we decided to pull the car in. With our plans for next year still up in the air we didn’t want to put more time on the engine and take any unnecessary chances.

We want to apologize for the late race recap! It was a busy weekend, but we’re very happy with the way both cars performed Saturday night.

The Big Block had a great run, bringing home a Top 5 finish. Unfortunately, the caution just didn’t fall our way, because we truly feel like we had a solid Top 3 car all night.

The Small Block was strong as well. We unloaded 6th fastest, finished 4th in our heat, and brought it home with a Top 10 finish.

A huge shoutout to our car owners, Gary and Bev, Apples in the shop, and our crew. No Youngblood this week, just the old boys getting it done! Two cars, a ton of work, and a whole lot of dedication.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our incredible sponsors for making this program possible. You guys aren’t just sponsors you’ve become great friends, and we truly appreciate you believing in our program and continuing to support us.
