We had such a great time at the Putnam County Homecoming Parade today!

Tryouts are right around the corner and we are so excited! As we get closer, we've been receiving some questions. Here are some questions we've been getting along with the answers to help everyone prepare.

•Does my child need a physical to participate? No, a physical is not required.

•What time should my child arrive? Please drop your child off using the parent loop at WMS no earlier than 15 minutes before the clinic/tryout start time.

•Can I stay with my child? To provide a focused and distraction-free environment for all participants, parents and spectators will not be permitted to stay during the clinic or tryouts.

•What skills are required? We strongly encourage dancers to have a double pirouette, grande jete, and high kicks. These skills will be reviewed during our clinic.

•Who can tryout? All incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders at WMS with dance interest are encouraged to tryout.

Hi everyone! The Winfield Middle School Dance Team is looking for a volunteer dance coach for the 2026-2027 season. I have been a coach for this team for the past two years and it has truly been an honor and a blessing. I am in need of someone to join me in coaching these talented young ladies to help make our team the best it can be.
