ATTENTION MEMBERS 💪
We are officially set up and ready to begin taking membership payments.
As many of you know, the gym is under new ownership and we are currently updating all member information and rebuilding our membership roster.
If you are currently a member, please message the page or text Broedy with:

We appreciate everybody’s patience during the transition. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to building a strong gym community right here locally.

Hey WVO crew! 💪 We’re excited to announce that WVO Barbell Club now has new owners and new management. Tara has been a huge help in showing us some of the ropes, and we hope she enjoys her new home! This is a big and exciting new adventure for us, and we’re pumped to be part of such a strong community.

As we get things rolling, we ask for a little patience during this transition. We’re currently working on setting up a smooth and efficient system for memberships and payments—it’s coming together, just taking a little time to get it right. In the meantime, our names and phone numbers are up on the chalkboard at the gym, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

We also want to reassure everyone: nothing dramatic is changing. Our goal is to keep the gym the same fun, welcoming, and hard-working place it’s always been—just with a fresh chapter ahead. We want this transition to be as low-stress and seamless as possible for everyone.

🎉 BOOTCAMP STARTS TOMORROW! 🎉

We’ve heard from several people, but the more the merrier!!! Text or message one of us and we’ll see you here!!! 62O-2l8-l97l

What to expect? We’ll meet Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at either 5:30 AM or PM. You’re welcome to join us at either time. Don’t worry if you’re a few minutes early or late, just get here! Each day we’ll work on a strength and/or skill then partake in a little HIIT or LISS cardio before cooling off with some abs. 🥰 You’ll be in-and-out within 45-60 minutes feeling like a rockstar.

We’re well versed in working around cranky knees, shoulders, low back, etc. Everything is figure-out-able! Not a runner? Don’t even stress, we have rowers and bikes ready to go!

Tips & Tricks: Decide what time you’ll be here and then get prepared beforehand with your clothes, snackies, and drinks ready to go!
