a former President of Toastmasters of Birmingham, Michigan. Formerly, active in both the Lamplighters Toastmasters Club in Wilmington, North Carolina, and a teacher and presenter in UNCW's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, Sandra spent five years writing for local magazines in Wilmington, North Carolina and running fundraisers for local nonprofit organizations.. Her work has appeared in Livin’ Out Loud Magazine, Focus on the Coast, Wilma and The Porters Neck Homeowners Association Newsletter of which she was Managing Editor for three years. After moving south in June, 2016, Sandra speaks in the Advanced Toastmaster Club in Sarasota, Florida, and is Program Chair of the Sarasota Newcomers Club and Vice-President of Membership for the H.A.T. club (Advanced Toastmasters) Chapter. She has recently joined the Welcome Club of Sarasota and is a new member of the National Speakers Association Academy. Her fourth one-woman show, "Rach'in 'IT' with Re: The Story of Sergei Rachmaninov" is in the works and should be ready by spring of 2018.
