We’re proud to introduce Noah Lapierre who is working with us at The Baseball Place on our Fall Classes & Camps!

Hi everyone 👋

My name is Noah and I’m excited to introduce myself as a new coach!

I graduated from ESCE in 2024 and continued my baseball career in Buffalo at Erie Community College, playing under Joe Bauth, one of the NJCAA’s most accomplished coaches. My baseball journey started with Embrun Little League before continuing with the Bytown Dodgers, Ottawa Patriots, and Ottawa-Nepean Canadians eventually leading me to college baseball. 🎓

During my two years at Erie, I was a team captain, earned All-WNYAC Second Team honors, and finished with a .372 career batting average and .995 OPS. While in Buffalo, I also helped run baseball camps and gave individual lessons to younger players helping them develop their skills and confidence. 🏆

I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and passion for the game to coaching and help young players improve, have fun, and build a love for baseball. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and getting on the field! ⚾️

Bonjour tout le monde 👋

Je m’appelle Noah et je suis très heureux de me joindre à l’équipe comme nouvel entraîneur !

J’ai obtenu mon diplôme de l’ESCE en 2024, avant de poursuivre ma carrière de baseball à Erie Community College à Buffalo, sous la direction de Joe Bauth, l’un des entraîneurs les plus accomplis de la NJCAA. Mon parcours au baseball a commencé avec la Ligue mineure d’Embrun avant de se poursuivre avec les Bytown Dodgers, les Ottawa Patriots et les Ottawa-Nepean Canadians, ce qui m’a finalement mené au baseball collégial. 🎓

Durant mes deux années à l’Erie, j’ai été capitaine de l’équipe, nommé sur la deuxième équipe All-WNYAC, et j’ai terminé ma carrière avec une moyenne au bâton de .372 et un OPS de .995. À Buffalo, j’ai également aidé lors de camps de baseball et donné des leçons individuelles à de jeunes joueurs, afin de les aider à développer leurs habiletés et leur confiance. 🏆

Je suis très heureux de pouvoir partager mon expérience et ma passion pour le baseball afin d’aider les jeunes joueurs à progresser, à s’amuser et à développer leur amour du jeu. J’ai hâte de vous rencontrer et de commencer la saison ! ⚾️

COACHING SPOTLIGHT

Returning for his 3rd season on staff is Coach Steve Wellenc. Coach Dub returns to his role coaching first, hitting I/O, working directly with our first baseman, and our hitters. Dub is also an Erie Alumni playing for the Kats in the early 90s as a 2 way player, was named a Region 3 All Star, Team Captain, and MVP.
