This one is for our Haitian families. 🇭🇹

Under pressure, more words can create more confusion.
Use three questions:
Who needs to know?
What do they need to know?
When do they need to know it?
Ask sooner. Say less. Stay clear.
Tag someone who belongs on your support team.

We didn’t become hyperaware by accident.
But preparedness should not trap us in survival mode. It should give us more awareness, more options, and more confidence to live openly without shrinking.
Preparedness should expand your life…not make your world smaller. 🏳️🌈
Women! You do not owe anyone access to you just because they were nice at first.

Stay ready. 🐝

Before you settle in:
Find two exits.
Locate security.
Pick a meeting point.
Know your next option.
Preparedness can take less than five minutes.
Save this before your next trip.

The goal is not to shrink.
It is to turn awareness into confidence.
Girls, g**s, and theys, what do you check first?
Sometimes you are not weak or difficult.
Your nervous system reacted before you could think clearly.
Notice it.
Come back to yourself.
Then decide.
Where does stress show up first?
You noticed something.
Then someone told you to relax.
Awareness is information.
Preparedness teaches you what to do with it.
What do you notice first?
