The purpose of the EIGHT-MAN EXTREME FOOTBALL LEAGUE (E.X.F.L.)
is to serve as a training ground that continues the development of our football players, coaches, and personnel in our outdoors arena style football.

The EXFL is excited about the restructuring and rebranding of the Eight-Man Extreme Football League into a collaboration with the Gridiron Indoor Football League, as an additional 4-team Florida outdoor division with playoffs and divisional Championships, along with a National Indoor Championship partnership with the GIFL to be played at their Championship indoor arena. We are looking forward to our next stage in our 8-man developmental growth for 2027.

EXFL News Announcement:
After much consideration and much respect given to Coach Marcus James and Team James Sports Management, The EXFL as decided to part ways. We thank Coach James for the work that was put and late night of trying to continue the vision of the EXFL. We wish Coach James all the best on your next endeavor moving forward.

Official League Announcement:
Regarding our 2025 season due to alot of broken promises from teams last minute cancelation of games we only ended up with ONLY two legitimate EXFL teams, and with them being unable to schedule head to head games during our regular season i see it only fit to award Divisional Championship The Hardcore Eagles was awarded the Southeast Divisional Championship and the Michigan Eagles competed and won the Midwest Championship! There was no overall EXFL 2025 League Champion. I congratulate both teams for putting in the hard work and dedication to continue working to complete their season. I give much respect to both teams for the work that was done, with their respective programs.

Searching for Solid Organization:
The EXFL is returning to its foundation in the summer of 2026, with a open search for solid true Florida and Surrounding states for 8-man indoor and outdoor teams. Some solid markets with a history of greatness in Florida were Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Lakeland, Fort Myers, Miami, Sarasota, and Palm Beach County.
