Are you a skilled bike mechanic who loves turning a wrench and delivering great customer service? Joe’s Mobile Bicycle Repair & Rental is expanding across South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach), and we’re looking for professional, customer-focused mechanics to join our team!
With traditional bike shops closing, demand for mobile repairs is at an all-time high, and we’re gearing up for our busy winter season.
What You’ll Do
Travel to Clients: Drive to repair locations across South Florida.
Customer Service: Greet clients, assess their bikes, and educate them on bike safety and repairs.
Repairs: Perform maintenance using our established processes (working on traditional bikes, e-bikes, adult trikes, tandems, and quad bikes).
Test & Deliver: Test ride to ensure 100% safety and review the finished work with the customer.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, articulate, and presentable with strong customer service skills.
Reliable vehicle, your own bicycle tools, and a work stand (missing a few tools? We can help!).
Bicycle mechanic experience preferred, but we are willing to fully train motivated individuals!
